My Role: UX Design and prototyping of an auto attendant module.
The Auto Attendant user UX flow was designed for Broadsoft internal project. The assignment was only to focus on the Auto Attendant flow, which can incorporated into any Call collaborate.
In this module a user can set his profile
Add menu items to each number
Add greeting to each number and set schedule for the greetings
Recording a greeting or use pre-recorded greeting.
