Casavi projects

Driving Design Maturity and Process at Casavi ( Role: As a Senior Product Designer of the design unit )

One of my first responsibilities was to elevate the design maturity within the company and establish a well-defined, scalable design process for cross-functional teams.

  • Introduced and formalised a structured design process, outlining clear stages and responsibilities for both designers and developers.

  • Set up regular design meetings to review concepts, define requirements, and ensure alignment at every stage of product development.

  • Implemented mandatory design reviews and usability testing after feature implementation to ensure quality and consistency.

  • Increased the frequency and depth of user testing to better inform design decisions with real feedback.

  • Worked to raise overall design standards, with a focus on usability, consistency, and accessibility.

  • Built and launched a centralised design system, including a comprehensive design library, a detailed style guide, and defined accessibility standards.

  • Established a unified design approach across teams, helping maintain visual and functional consistency across the platform.

Smarttask ( Role: As the Lead Designer )

Smarttask is the ticketing and email management arm of casavi, derive complete transparency across the internal workflows with casavi’s intelligent process management system.

I successfully completed around 10 major projects, including a comprehensive redesign of the entire section, which included AI features.

Customer communications ( Role: As the Lead Designer )

The customer portal in combination with the casavi app solves the challenges for property and facility managers. This streamlines various communication channels such as letter, telephone, email and direct messages into one channel and send direct feedback the  customers.

A successful redesign of the communication app was a milestone.

Cisco project

My TWC

Assignments for Time Warner Cable’s My TWC. The My TWC Self-Care App provides account management features to TWC subscribers, helping the company reduce support costs and increase revenue.
This project gave me hands-on experience designing for both iOS and Android platforms, across mobile, iPad, and tablet devices. It went through five to six phases of updates, during which I continuously refined the design to meet evolving requirements.
Later, when My TWC rebranded to Spectrum, the entire design system was refreshed with a new color palette and branding. Working on this project helped me learn and adapt quickly, accelerating my growth as a designer.

Cisco project

WiFi Finder

While working on My TWC, I was simultaneously involved in another project for the same client — the TWC WiFi Finder app. This app was designed to help users locate and connect to Time Warner Cable’s nationwide WiFi network, providing fast and reliable internet access on the go.
Similar to My TWC, the WiFi Finder app went through multiple update phases, introducing new features and eventually undergoing a full rebrand, including a refreshed color scheme and updated visual identity. As the project matured, I began focusing more on screen detailing and achieving pixel-perfect design, which significantly enhanced my attention to visual consistency and user experience quality.

Cisco project

AT & T

The AT&T Collaborate Portal is designed to help administrators from businesses of all sizes configure their calling services and features, such as Auto Attendant. This was a large and complex portal, primarily intended for advanced users with in-depth technical understanding.
Joining the AT&T team taught me valuable lessons in collaboration, coordination, and cross-functional communication. Working within a large design team, I gained experience in managing shared responsibilities while still independently handling key sections of the portal. This project deepened my understanding of enterprise-level design and the importance of seamless team dynamics in delivering a cohesive user experience.

Cisco project

Digicel

I had more creative freedom while working on Digicel, another large-scale collaboration portal designed to simplify business communications. One of the key areas I contributed to was the provisioning section, which involved extensive design and functional considerations.

This project also marked my first experience with SSOT (Single Source of Truth) documentation, and gave me the opportunity to collaborate closely with the UX team during the early stages of wire framing. These experiences significantly broadened my skill set, particularly in terms of design planning, documentation practices, and cross-functional teamwork.

Cisco project

Verizon

Verizon One Talk for Desktop is a custom business phone solution that allows users to integrate their office phone with any compatible smart device—using a single ‘One Talk’ phone number across all devices.
I had the opportunity to serve as the design lead for Phase 2 of this project. From client meetings to delivering final UI designs, I was actively involved in all stages of development, collaborating closely with partner teams and the client.
This project offered valuable exposure to client interactions, user research, gathering and interpreting requirements, and analyzing the balance between user needs and technical feasibility.

Cisco project

Cisco SPEED

In addition to major client projects, I also contributed to numerous internal initiatives that supported the sales and marketing teams. These projects, such as Speed and HC Solutions, gave me the creative freedom to explore and introduce new ideas.

Speed was an internal project to develop a web solution portal for small business groups. This portal’s purpose was to manage the incoming calls, voicemails and schedules of the company. This was an individual task and I could design the whole project alone and was well appreciated in the team. Wireframing, UX design, UI design and development deliverables were the tasks assigned to me. (more…)...

Cisco project

Auto Attendant

Numerous other internal projects to assist sales and marketing team gave me a lot of open space to work and introduce more ideas. Speed and HC Solutions are such projects. I always managed to squeeze in time to help sales and marketing team with their presentations, newsletters or email designs. The 10 years of UI designer career with Cisco, Broadsoft and mPortal, helped me to become a confident UX/ UI designer, who can manage different aspects of this job, from a very nervous beginner.
