Value Accelerators are sets of content that are specific to a theme, such as a business challenge, process, product, industry, and help you accelerate the time to value of your transformation projects. All content can be browsed and installed into your workspace via Value Accelerators library.
Smattask - Emails
Design solutions:
Comprehensive Email Integration: Enhance the overall email integration within the platform to increase usability, allowing customers to primarily use casavi without the need to switch to other systems for email management.
Improved Email Header Display: Ensure that the email header (recipient) is visible when the process email address is directly included in the CC field, especially for scenarios involving multiple service providers and non-relay responses.
SmartTask Integration: Integrate email traffic and calendar functionality into the SmartTask ticket system, enabling the creation and assignment of tasks and tickets from emails, as well as centralizing correspondence within casavi.
- Redesign the email cards with minimum information
- Redesign will have more of a mirroring design of an email client
- An email detail page to fit all the requirements and features associated with an email
- Parallel view of original email and new action
- Options to Delete, New email, Reply, Create ticket form and Link ticket form

SAP value acceleration project allows the users to select the workspace to export and initiate the export process by navigating to the Export option under the Content Transfer tab in the settings menu.
Once the export session begins, the user should clearly see the name of the selected workspace to confirm the selection.
The user should be able to start the export process easily and receive relevant information about the export, including its purpose and contents.
Throughout the process, the user want to view real-time progress indicators to understand how far along the export is.
After completion, I expect to see an overview summarising the content that was exported.
